S4 Business Consultant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies or similar experience. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, enhancing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation & Strategy
- Collaborate with end customers to understand business processes and requirements.
- Develop and provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition solutions using the SAP Activate Methodology.
- Ensure solutions align with end customers’ needs and requirements and SAP Fit to Standard best practices.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Navigate and manage multiple implementation projects in parallel.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Training & Documentation
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
Support & Organization
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition systems after completion of the initial implementation.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to improve business processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience with cloud ERP implementations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
