Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic junior business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The junior BDE will generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, and support the sales team in client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have IT sales experience and a proven track record of achieving at least ₹50 lakh in sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads in the IT sector.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on IT sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving at least ₹50 lakh in sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT Sales.
  • Additional language skills or certifications.
